This is for you if your life looks good on the outside
but feels quietly misaligned on the inside.
You are established. Accomplished. You have built something real - a career, a home, a life. And yet there is a feeling you cannot quite name. A sense that something is still waiting to be lived. That the woman you are on the inside has not quite caught up with the life you are living on the outside.
Maybe you look ahead and see retirement - the end of productivity, the beginning of downsizing - and something in you resists. Maybe each week carries on much like the last, comfortable but not quite alive. Maybe you have done everything right and still find yourself asking: is this all there is?
If any of this is landing in your body as you read it -
you are in the right place
The Root Reveal is a gentle first step in the Prosperity Seeds, Living in Harmony with Your True Self ecosystem.
Nine questions - one for each of the life inventory areas in the Prosperity Seeds Field Guide, designed to bring what is buried quietly to the surface. There is nothing to buy, nothing to commit to and no right answers - Just you, a few honest questions and a few minutes of calm clarity.
Already ready?
Before You Begin Your Root Reveal
These questions are most powerful when you give them your full body and attention - not just your mind.
Before you read the first question, take a moment to arrive.
Or, ... If life is calling you elsewhere right now, I'd love to send them to your inbox so you can engage with them when you have a quiet moment to yourself, perhaps with a cup of tea, candle and gentle music.
If you choose to stay connected beyond that, everything I share will feel like this - no pressure, no noise, just resonance.
When you’re ready, sit comfortably.
Take one slow breath in for a count of five, hold for five and release for five.
Do this twice.
This is not a formality but an important awareness.
Slow intentional breathing is one of the most underused and undervalued tools for nervous system regulation and embodied clarity. It takes thirty seconds and it changes everything about how you receive what follows.
Now take a gentle look at your hands.
Slowly move your fingers, shake out your wrists, lift your elbows.
Follow your awareness down through your body - your ankles, your feet on the floor, your knees, your hips.
Move gently as you go.
Roll your shoulders.
Slowly turn your head from side to side.
Finally, lift your arms overhead in a gentle stretch and bring them back down.
You have just arrived in your body. This is where the real answers live.
One More Thing Before You Begin...
What is your comfort beverage right now?
The one you would reach for when you are curled up with a good book, at ease and unhurried? Tea, coffee, water, a glass of wine? If it makes sense where you are, go and get it. Let this be that kind of moment.
These questions deserve to be answered in a space where you feel at ease - comfortable in your surroundings, comfortable in your own skin. If there is music that helps you settle, or light that feels right, tend to that too. You are worth the two minutes it takes to create a space that feels like yours.
The questions are the same whether you sit with them here or have them emailed to you. Choose what works best for you - the option to receive them by email is simply an invitation to stay connected.
How to Answer:
You can sit with these questions quietly in your head.
But if you want to feel the full effect - print this page, find a pen and write even one or two words in response to each question.
The act of moving thought through your body, out through your fingertips and onto the page, and back in through your eyes as you read it - that is a practical somatic exercise. It creates integration that thinking alone cannot.
Do not edit yourself.
Do not answer for who you think you should be.
Answer for who you are right now, in this moment, honestly and without performance.
Take Your Time With Each One - There is No Prize for Finishing Fast
What is one thing you are genuinely grateful for right now - and why does it matter to you?
If time and money were no obstacle, what is one thing you would love to have, do or experience right now? It can be as simple as a beautiful piece of clothing or as significant as a journey you have been postponing. Be as specific as you can - and why does this one call to you?
Who is one person - living or from your past - that if they walked through your door right now, you would be genuinely thrilled to see? What would you want to talk about with them - and why?
What is one area of the world that speaks to your heart? One cause, one purpose, one injustice or one need - that when you think of it, something in you responds. What is it - and why does it move you?
What is one thing you do naturally or easily that others often cannot, or would not think to do? A skill so familiar to you that you barely notice it - perhaps being handy, remembering people, making things beautiful, solving problems quietly, keeping things running. What is it - and why do you think it goes unrecognised in your life?
If you could earn money doing absolutely anything at all - with no practical limitations - what would it be and why? Let yourself answer without editing for what seems realistic. This is the question that most surprises people with what surfaces.
Complete this statement with one honest, positive word or phrase: I am... Don't think too long. Write the first thing that arrives - and then ask yourself: why did that one come first?
Close your eyes for a moment. In your ideal life - not the edited, realistic version but the one that feels most true to you - where are you? Who are you with? What are you doing, wearing, eating? What does the day feel like from the inside?

After the Questions
Take a moment before you move on.
Notice where you feel ease in your body right now and where you feel tension. Was there a question that answered itself immediately, almost before you finished reading it? Was there one that required more thought, more time, more honesty than the others?
Both of those things are information. The ease tells you where you are already in flow. The resistance tells you where something is waiting to be seen.
Write that down too, if you can. Even a single sentence.
The body knows before the mind catches up - and what you felt in response to these questions is the beginning of something.
What you just experienced is a glimpse of the Prosperity Seeds process.
The full inventories go far deeper - and they will show you exactly where life wants to flow and where it has been quietly stuck.
After the Questions
Now that you have experienced this - if something stirred, if an answer surprised you, or if a question felt harder than it should - you are ready for the next step.
There is a full ecosystem of resources and experiences designed to walk with you from exactly where you are right now - through deeper inventory work, live group experiences, and an immersive journey that will leave you with a written plan aligned with your nervous system and your life.
I will introduce you to all of it gently, in your own time, by email - beginning with the questions you just answered, delivered beautifully to your inbox along with a printable PDF to sit with over tea.
No pressure. No noise. No manufactured urgency. Just an honest conversation at your pace.
Have these questions delivered to your inbox - work through them at your own pace
And for now - begin with what you have just felt.
That is enough.
That is everything.
